Thank you for choosing Owl To Owl Events Managing Co. L.L.C. Before you go further, kindly go through our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are common for all our event packages. 1. Pricing: We offer economic pricing on all our packages as well as the ease of booking our events online. The prices mentioned on the website are per person basis. It does not include accommodation charges, tips given and room services. Moreover, the rates published are subject to change. 2. Payment Methods: You can make your payment by credit card. We accept all major credit cards including Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Diners. You have to provide your credit card details to complete the payment process, which would be displayed on the statement. 3. Payment Confirmation: Once you have made the payment, you would receive a confirmation slip via email. You can print this slip and show it as evidence of payment to redeem the event package. 4. Cancellation and No Show Policy. 4.1 Cancellation: If you want to cancel any of the events, you need to inform us through writing 24 hours before the event date/ time. Once we receive your cancellation request, we would make the confirmation through telephone or email. We would also mention the service fee to be paid for the same. We are not in any way responsible for any cancellation if we have not received the request from you 24 hours before the event date/ time and also for cancellation that has not been confirmed by us. 4.2 No Show: No refunds would be provided to those who do not turn up for the event. Similarly, rescheduling of confirmed events and other related services are also not possible.
